Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel along with all its equipment in good working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning materials, and essential consumable items for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering of ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provisioning costs will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA does not cover all expenses, additional funds may be necessary to make up the shortfall.
It is explicitly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is based on the current tax legislation valid as of this date and may change without notice. Should there be changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued that affect the total amount(s) due, any difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
