Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel, fully equipped and operational; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other costs like fuel, port charges, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any funds remaining will be refunded to the Charterer before leaving the vessel. If the APA is insufficient to cover all costs, additional funds may be needed to make up the difference.
It is expressly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one currently in effect according to tax legislation and is subject to change without notice. If tax legislation is amended after this agreement is issued, leading to changes in the total amount due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer as appropriate.
Cancellations and Refunds
•In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will apply:
•More than 120 days before embarkation, 10% of the cruise fare is non-refundable
•Between 119 and 30 days before embarkation, 30% of the cruise fare is non-refundable
•Between 29 and 0 days before embarkation, 80% of the cruise fare is non-refundable
