Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The hire of the Vessel with all its equipment in working condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to consider:
Other expenses, such as fuel, port fees, and provisions, will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax legislation as of this date and is subject to change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, resulting in alterations to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
