Special Conditions

The charter fee covers the following:

Renting the vessel with all its equipment in good condition; tools; supplies; cleaning products and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundering the ship's linens; crew wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.

Additional costs to keep in mind:

Other expenses like fuel, port charges, and provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before disembarking. If the APA is insufficient to cover these expenses, extra funds may be needed to make up the difference.

It is clearly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is based on the current tax legislation valid at this time and may change without notice. If tax law changes occur after this agreement is issued, altering the total amount(s) due, the difference will be either credited or charged to the Charterer as necessary.
