Special Conditions
The charter fee includes the following:
The charter of the vessel along with all its equipment in working condition; tools; stores; cleaning materials and essential consumables for the engine room, deck, galley, and cabins; laundry of ship's linen; the crew's wages, uniforms, and the vessel's insurance.
Additional costs to be considered:
Other expenses like fuel, port fees, and the cost of provisions will be deducted from the APA. Any remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer before disembarkation. If the APA is insufficient to cover the expenses, additional funds may be needed to cover the deficit.
It is expressly stated here that the VAT rate mentioned and applied is the one applicable under current tax legislation as of this date and may change without prior notice. If there are changes in tax legislation after this agreement is issued, resulting in changes to the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited to the Charterer accordingly.
