Special Conditions
The charter fee covers the following:
The rental of the Vessel with all its functioning equipment; tools; supplies; cleaning materials and basic consumables for the engine room, deck, kitchen, and cabins; laundry of the ship's linens; the crew's salaries, uniforms, and vessel insurance.
Additional expenses to consider:
Expenses such as fuel, port charges, and provision costs will be taken from the APA. Any remaining funds will be refunded to the Charterer before departure. If the APA is insufficient to cover these costs, extra funds may be needed to address the shortfall.
It is expressly stated that the VAT rate mentioned and applied here is the one applicable under current tax legislation valid as of this date and may change without prior notice. If tax legislation changes occur after this agreement is issued, leading to adjustments in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or charged to the Charterer accordingly.
